Jared Leto Is Nonchalantly Fashion’s Greatest At Vogue World

This last weekend just about every A-list celebrity you could think of attended Vogue World; a show that celebrated 130 years of the luxury magazine. When you put that number into perspective, you understand just how powerful of a woman Anna Wintour is, just how monumental their creative directing is, and just how important their service is to the social world.

Of course celebrities like Jared Leto, Kanye West, Coco Rocha, Lee Jeno, and Laura Harrier (the list goes on and on) made it to the jam-packed event. Singer, Lil Nas X, walked side by side with high-fashion models, Bella and Gigi Hadid, and tennis’ very own greatest, Serena Williams.

Making history with Vogue Greece, Leto was the first solo male cover star of any European edition. Not many are familiar with the actor’s evolution over the past few years. He truly knows how to properly put on a smize and flex his insane physique in front of the camera, but he also understands the ins and outs of clothing.

Outlandish is how some outsiders of fashion may describe his style decisions, yet many professionals would disagree. “Sumptuous suiting” and obsession with velvets are his main ties to the claim to fame of leaving the house in only statement pieces.

Gucci highly values the actor and his wardrobe and his schedule. They drop anything and everything to create with the like minded individual who converts bold ideas into even bolder ones. Holding a critical role in “House of Gucci”, a film by Ridley Scott, the actor basically ate, slept, and breathed personalized Gucci for promotions and interviews during press time. “They really took off the cuffs and let me go,” he describes his ability to interpret his character who portrays the real life designer, Paolo Gucci, who suffered decades of living as a frustrated artist.

We have five words to say for you: Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

If you are not familiar with his dashingly silk pink, you must feast your eyes on the romantic suit. As a male entitled to transcending past the casual niche of black and white suits, he made a name for himself with not only household names like Gucci and its designers, but the general public as well.

Showing up to a Vogue anniversary fashion show is already enough pressure to say the least, but Leto makes sure he “doesn’t take it too seriously” in light of the true essence behind the industry. He creates and imagines rather than aligning himself with what fashion “should” look like.

Leto somehow managed to keep his eye-catching, brightly detailed ensemble on the down low- it is just how Leto rolls. Calm, cool, and collected in a dynamic floral and striped silk set, just how we like it! We cannot tell if it was the friendly hug he shared with Kanye West that made us notice him, or the piercing colors of his top and pants that made for a head turner, but we sure took note of his independent-of-others-opinions and daring choices.
