The actress, and now entrepreneur of “Goop”, serves us a solid plate of information surrounding her day to day life. Of course it is now coffee time; she usually eats around 11 AM for her intermittent fasting regime that her body is now accustomed to. Before her breakfast, she sends the kids off to school, coffee in hand, surely! If you think she does not use her own products, wait until you hear this part of her morning: “GOOPGLOW Morning Skin Superpowder in my water bottle (I dissolve two packets in my water bottle before I leave the house—I also sometimes have more as a little pick-me-up later on in the afternoon). It’s packed with vitamin C and CoQ10, and I love it because it really is skin care that you drink. I take that GOOPGLOW water bottle to my workout at Tracy Anderson—I do a cardio class for a half hour, then a mat work class for another 30 to 45 minutes. I love it, and I do it five days a week.”
To cleanse her face and neck of all the sweat she built up with Tracy, she goes through her entire skin care routine with her Goop line- a whopping seven steps.
By 9:30 AM she is eating away at work and spending the majority of her typical work day there or in the office with her team.
Paltrow’s routine is the definition of discipline. She wakes up before the sun, and has her whole morning prepping her for the rest of the day. Mothers and fathers out there all say that your routine changes by a drastic degree once you start having kids; however, she shows just how important it is to prioritize yourself and that there is time if you make time. Our cortisol levels are naturally made to provide us with high-functioning brain power early in the morning rather than later at night. Let’s get that Gwyneth Paltrow radiating glow together!
