“Coming together with a fellow photographer seemed naturally daunting due to the competitive nature of the field currently and simply different styles; however, the only feeling present was a mutual appreciation for creativity,” Beil remembers, “She led the creative direction in ways that she knew from her own personal experience.”
The ceremonial grounds of Hartwood Acres- a host of decades worth of weddings- played a significant role in executing the nineteenth century English-inspired photoshoot.
“There happened to be a wedding the day of, and the feeling of love certainly provided a boost of inspiration,” the creative director tells all about the actual shoot itself.
The very last topic we had to cover and take a deep, deep dive into: the bilateral life of a model and photographer.
“I see myself growing and flourishing in my relationship to modeling and the interpersonal relationships within the modeling industry. I, like most humans, crave connection. I’ve learned that if I connect with photographers, designers, and project managers on set I am a better model for it. I emote better when the environment involves connection and collaboration. Most people think modeling is just showing up for pictures. There’s so much more to it,” she describes the role and continues, “In terms of career development, I hope to one day make another appearance in Time Square or even in Vogue. I’m dreaming BIG!”

“It allows me to pour into others,” she reflects on the invisible string between modeling and photographing.
