The twenty-five year old is blessed with absolute silk for skin. Her routine remained a sought out mystery for years before she gave the world a taste of her own daily products. After birthing a skincare line, Rhode, she now has women all around the world begging for more. Sell out after sell out, the products are reaching the homes of every skincare-lover.
Head of Brand, Lauren Rothberg, secured the ‘Forbes 30 under 30’ title for marketing with her impeccable eye for knowing just what people need and want and love. Also known as, anything Hailey Bieber has her hands on.
Rothberg graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. The young prodigy picked a niche and sprinted with every skill in the book dedicated to her degree, and more importantly, passion. However, there does not seem to be an end in sight for quite a while for Hailey’s right-hand-woman. Not only did she hold the title of Senior Director of Marketing at James Perse Ent., Inc and Vice President at Farrynheight, but she is now the founder of her own consulting company, LER, and the Head of Brand/Brand Consultant for Beiber’s skincare line. What a whirlwind of a career for Rothberg already!
Before all of the mentioned milestones, Lauren was able to make the ‘Forbes 30 under 30’ by her role at the company, Reformation, where she imprinted the message and importance of sustainability. Her impact is more heavily described by Forbes; “She has led brand marketing and content strategy at Reformation for the past three years and is focused on targeting new customer segments to drive customer acquisition.”
Only the best of the best are able to work up from a bachelor’s degree in marketing to becoming a sought-after employee; greater yet, her own boss.
Rhode ties together the exact ingredients to give everyone the dewy or “glazed” look, as Hailey’s fans call it. She started the ultimate quest for every-aged woman: get glowy skin.
The launch party brought together a wide variety of influencers and many of Hailey Bieber’s closest friends to rightfully celebrate Rhode after more than two years of preparation. She even teased the brand back in January saying “Glazed skin all 2022”.
You could say these two ladies are the future of branding.
