Description

We all have a Valentine, maybe a secret admirer, or someone who you are speechless by simply knowing them. Dylan Delapaz, with his sweet heart and forward-thinking mind, brings his all to this intimate interview. Answering all the way from India, he spent time with a friend for a wedding there. That is what we mean when we say Delapaz’s schedule is not ordinary, but he makes everyone a priority; especially his parents who he is committed to giving back to them during his climb to the top in his area of focus at Waldron in Nashville, Tennessee.

“I am very satisfied and secure with my relationships in my life right now. There is a comforting and fulfilling feeling when you know someone is a positive light in your life. I am a strong believer that what you put into this world, you also get back. By striving to bring joy and help others, you also attract those types of people as well.”

He strengthens those bonds by “randomly sending texts and photos of things that remind me of a certain person, even if I have not spoken to them in months. A relationship is a two-way street and if there is a consistent discrepancy in effort, it may indicate the timing isn’t right.”

Two hour therapy walks with his sister, Hannah Delapaz, or FaceTime calls with his dad at two in the morning are just two examples of what makes his family impenetrable.

Family will never not be the first thing on his mind, but he does make it a point to mention how he has gained confidence in the gym and how it goes deeper than the aesthetics, what inventions he is loving as of now, and how he would steal a girl’s heart and soul with his authentically made Italian dish for a date night.
