Thirty-five years of worn-in love and care by a sweet older lady made the madly-in-love couple, Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson, fall for a fixer-upper in the countryside.
Their extended time in Mumbai, India came to a close, and then they decided it was time to settle down in all their seriousness for one another.
Buying and renovating a home is no easy commitment. “It needed a revamp- a BIG REVAMP,” the couple stressed after describing the history of their home on their new account, Nesting Tiger, that will showcase the progress they have made and will continue to have made as they to their interior and exterior.
But, the love you can feel the second you walk through the door is greater than any hump along the process- they remind each other in unison.
April held special memories such as the first tour of the home, securing it as their own, and figuring out what they wanted to do as far as renovations and design from there. The last couple months were spent with a “hella lot of Pinterest boards, hammers to walls, along with blood, sweat and tears.”
Talking to Lifestyle Asia, Amy points out that Westwick is her partner in everything they do. Partners work together to accomplish a goal, and their goal was to turn a fixer-upper into a story and their shared roof.
It feels right that the two are now entering this stage of their life after confidently finding encouragement in the other person to live out their dreams and give full support to one another’s visions.
“He makes me feel like I can do anything,” and that is how Amy is conquering this move with beau, Ed Westwick.
