Another avenue the conversation went down between the Editor-in-Chief and the cover star had a lot to do with men’s mental health and how to spread the word.

Flexibility of mind is quintessential to our November cover star who determines quality of life by his own terms and conditions.

“You make the world yours by living as if the world is yours for the taking. I don’t view myself as a participant, rather the world can be mine if I make it,” Baptiste elaborates his charming values.

While perceiving this world, you have to perceive the world around you.

How does Chris Jean Baptiste see himself? As an unexpendable source of energy.

“To know more about me would be to experience me, I wish people could understand that what they’re seeing is my true, genuine self.”

There were a couple moments we got to experience him.

One being his personal creative juices flowing, especially at the end when the team of two passed a seventies-like green-tiled building as they were leaving. Chris’ point of view: “It was also very apparent from the start that my creative ideas were welcomed to make the shoot go smoothly.”

The second, kindly treating the Editor-in-Chief by buying water for the two of them in the middle of a hot fall day.

Certainly not last, in the beginning it felt like an authentic styling session with his clothing rack spread perfectly by color coordination.

He is much more than his immaculate style, but we do have to ask how he does it so well! Does he opt for streetwear? Classic? Vintage?

“My style is flexible,” the model confirms, “ I’ve grown up around streetwear so it’s influenced my style but most of the time I like to incorporate a more older and classy look. I used to shop based on name, now I shop more based on quality, fit and how it fits into a more classy look.”

Editor-in-Chief, Hannah Beil, gives her two-sense, “We incorporated his personal clothing which effortlessly executed the goal in mind: vintage Hollywood streetwear.”

She also jokes, “I thought I was the only crazy person who organized their closet by color, but I’ve found a fellow type-A in our cover star. Relatability… present.”
